Increasing Profit Through Regenerative Grazing: Ridge will present at the NOFA Winter Conference on January 14 in Worcester, MA

Ridge’s workshop at the NOFA conference will present methods for increasing the productivity of pastures and extending the grazing season—even through the winter—by utilizing cover crops and stockpiling grass for winter grazing.

Grassfed: Meat and Dairy. Ridge will conduct a workshop for the Cesapeake Alliance for Sustainable Agriculture on Jan 13 in Maryland

Ridge will present a Workshop at the annual conference of the Chesapeake Alliance for Sustainable Agriculture (CASA) held at the University of Maryland on January 12-14. The theme of this year’s conference is Cultivate the Chesapeake Foodshed.

Ridge’s workshop is titled, “Grassfed: Meat and Dairy.” He will co-present with chef Spike Gjerde, from Woodberry Kitchen. Their workshop will be held on Friday, January 13th at 8:30 AM.

Grass-fed beef, health, and carbon capture in New England: Ridge will speak in Northampton, MA on December 14.

On December 14, at 5:00 PM, Green Consortium’s monthly Green Night series will feature a slide presentation by Ridge at the Platform Sports Bar, at 125, Pleasant St. (Union Station building. in downtown Northampton.  The event is free and open to the public.
